Pre to 3: Home-Visiting Program
The Pre to 3 program is in partnership with the Vanderburgh Health Department and is a voluntary home-visiting program designed to support families from the beginning of pregnancy to their child’s 3rd birthday. A team of Community Health Workers (CHW) and registered nurses provide weekly visits utilizing the Growing Great Kids™ curriculum to provide support and resources for building a health family.
Anyone that is pregnant or has an infant under 90 days old can join the program, which includes first time mothers, mothers with multiple children, fathers, grandparents, foster parents, same-sex couples, and single parents. The program is open to residents of Vanderburgh, Warrick, Gibson and Posey counties.
